Calling all Architects & Designers, submit photos of your favorite 3form projects for a chance to win! The grand prize is a $500 Visa gift card. Second place will receive a $250 Visa gift card, and third place will win a $100 Visa gift card. Honorable Mentions will receive $50 Visa gift cards!

Fill out the below form to submit your project. One project per submission, unlimited submissions allowed. Contest closes at 5:00 PM MDT on Friday, August 15.
Terms and Conditions: By submitting, Entrant: (i) acknowledges that Entrant has the rights to recreate, copy, and publish the submitted photo(s), and to enter the photo(s) for this contest; and (ii) provides 3form, Inc. the ongoing, irrevocable right to publish the photo(s) in the manner of its choosing without objection from Entrant, including on the grounds of moral rights, and for 3form’s own editorial and promotional purposes on 3form’s website, newsletter, and social media channels. Entrant further agrees that: (i) 3form, Inc. shall be the sole arbiter of contest winners, and (ii) should 3form determine that Entrant’s photo(s) are a contest winner, 3form will contact Entrant directly to provide prize money. Entrant agrees that 3form’s rights outlined above are independent of whether the photo(s) is deemed a contest winner, and that 3form’s sole obligation to Entrant is for the prize money upon determination of winning status.
